Clearwater is an all girls summer camp with a rich history of over 80 years fostering confidence, courage, compassion and community in young women. We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing girls and young women and is ready to become a part of our team as Associate Camp Director. We are seeking someone who will honor our rich history and serve our mission, while helping us adapt and live on to serve campers and their families far into the future. This role will support camp operations and sustain Clearwater’s financial health through responsibilities such as the planning and facilitation of the camp experience, donor relations and marketing.
This management position requires exemplary leadership, professionalism, stamina, strong communication skills and a broad array of business knowledge. A successful incumbent will be adept at thinking both tactically and strategically, and have the ability to serve as a team leader and also team member. This is a year round position which requires you to be onsite at our Wisconsin location during the core summer months.
