In appreciation of the woods and waters, a group of young alumni gathered together four years ago to celebrate their love for Clearwater and the end of another wonderful camp season at Final Final Council Fire. It became an annual event along the shores of Lake Michigan; Clearwater sisters in the area would come to have a tennis court supper style dinner with pb&j sandwiches and s’mores. As we sat around the fire we shared stories and reminisced about summer days we hold so dear.
Clearwater is so lucky to have a sisterhood that reaches to the far ends of the earth. Therefore, I want to encourage everyone, no matter what town you live in on any continent, to host your own Final Final Council Fire. Our flames burn bright as we spread our love and support in this community.
This year, Adrienne Testa will be hosting Final Final Council Fire in Chicago on August 14, 2016 from 2pm – 7pm.
