Cathy Brooks Fine

I attended Clearwater in the 1970s, where I made cherished childhood memories—from the exhilaration of sailing and the joy of horseback riding, to the spirit of community found in singing loudly in the dining hall.
My daughter continued our Clearwater legacy and attended in the 2000s, giving me the profound joy of sharing the experience and special bond.
Following my education at Northwestern University, I spent over 35 years building expertise in Human Resources and Risk Management. My experience in these fields provides me with invaluable insight into organizational development and safety protocols.
While I currently live in Dallas, Texas, my husband and I love to head north each summer to cool off. We visit our daughter and her family in Chicago and then relax in the peace of the Northwoods, enjoying local favorites like a Spotted Cow and fresh cheese curds.
I am honored to join the Board and am deeply committed to ensuring the camp remains a safe, nurturing place where the next generation of girls can grow, explore, and find their own lasting camp bonds.
