Tuition Payment & Refund Policies

A deposit payment of $1000 per session is required at the time of enrollment. Deposits are refundable through October 31, 2026.

After your deposit is accepted, you have the option to pay the remaining tuition in full, or to pay the remaining balance in three equal, non-refundable installments due on December 1, 2026, February 1, 2027 and March 15, 2027. Any reduction or lateral change in session enrollment is based on availability and subject to a $500 fee.

Enrollments after December 1, 2026, February 1, 2027 and March 15, 2027 will require “catch-up” tuition installment payments commensurate with the enrollment date. All tuition is due in full by March 15, 2027.

Multi-camper families receive a sibling discount of $75 per sibling, per session.

Refunds and Cancellation Insurance

Sometimes, the fun and excitement of camp is interrupted by unfortunate circumstances such as a family emergency or illness, bags are lost or stolen, or you may need to cancel enrollment due to other unforeseen circumstances. To help protect your investment in camp for your daughter, we now offer a Program Protector cancellation insurance policy through a separate carrier outside of Clearwater Camp. This coverage is available for purchase during the online registration process and, if purchased, may protect up to the full cost of tuition, and includes a variety of other benefits should the need arise.

*Program Protection insurance is the only way to receive refunds or credits once your camper is enrolled.

*Program Protection must be purchased at the time of enrollment.

There are two plans available for you to choose from: the Standard Plan, which protects you in case of program cancellation and interruption, program delay and more, and is priced at 5% of your tuition fee, and the Enhanced Plan, which includes everything in the Standard Plan, plus a “Cancel for Any Reason” benefit that allows you to cancel your enrollment for any reason up to 2 (two) days before your scheduled start date, as long as your payment for this plan is received within 20 days of the date your enrollment deposit is received.
